Repairs and Voids Team Leader
Salary: £36,000 per year
Salary effective from Jan 1st 2025
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Suffolk, Norfolk & surrounding areas

We are looking for 2 Repairs and Voids Team Leaders to supervise all of the Repairs Operatives ensuring an efficient and cost-effective service is delivered to our customers, and to monitor and regularly report to the Repairs and Voids Manager to assist in leading the management and high performance of the in-house repairs service.
Key responsibilities:
As part of this role, your key responsibilities will be to…
* Ensure the delivery of the organisation's vision, values, and strategic objectives and deliver to all of the required KPI's.
* Assist in shaping the management and high performance of the in-house repairs and voids service. Ensure the service has efficient working standards and processes that will deliver to Orwell's service standards.
* Assist in recruitment, manage and continually develop staff ensuring compliance with all current legislation with regard for health and safety matters ensuring the service has an excellent reputation.
* Maintain a high performing customer focusing repairs and voids service, supporting the procurement of supplies, and ensuring value for money.
* Carry out all rest quired 121 and management supervision of the ORS and Voids operatives.
Qualifications…
* Supervisory qualification or commitment to achieve within 18 - 24 months.
* Good standard of education.
* Technical qualification in building studies is desirable.
* Multi-skilled qualification or 3 years industry experience is essential.
* In depth knowledge of building and construction is essential.
Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is required
