People Change Manager - 3-6 months FTC
Location: Bristol
c. £70,000 Base + Benefits
Role Overview: Support a complex people change programme. Expert in employment legislation and people change, skilled in project planning, reporting, and building key relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive people change project plan.
* Maintain detailed project records and provide regular status updates.
* Identify and manage legal or project risks.
* Advise the programme team and senior stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
* Expert knowledge of employment legislation and experience in leading complex change programmes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
