Job Title: Assistant Support Unit Administrator
Location: Canary Wharf (On-site: Tuesday to Thursday)
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000
Main Purpose of the Role
This role provides comprehensive organisational and administrative support to Advisers within Wealth Management as part of the central Assistant Support Unit.
It encompasses both business administration and Personal Assistant responsibilities, such as diary management. The ideal candidate will excel at handling multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising effectively, and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Diary and email management, including booking client meetings via phone and email, and responding to client communications.
* Maintain accurate records of meetings and notes within Salesforce.
* Manage client actions through Salesforce tasks.
* Send and chase Letters of Authority (LOAs).
* Complete key documentation, such as CYC and CFR forms.
* Prepare transfer packs, life plans, and meeting packs, ensuring all documents meet Pinnacle’s high standards.
* Generate Voyant reports by inputting client data to create base plans, explore scenarios, and produce reports.
* Produce Analytics reports, including pre-populating client portfolios and conducting fund and performance analysis.
* Submit new business cases via Lifeplan and CFRs.
* Submit fund switches and obtain product valuations.
* Confirm receipt of client funds and provide updates to clients.
* Use all systems effectively to support daily tasks.
* Undertake ad hoc requests from your manager or advisers.
