Responsibilities:
The role will involve assisting the HR Manager in all aspects of HR and delivering a high quality people service through the provision of HR advice and support and strong HR Administration practices.
The role involves:
* Employee relations
* Preparing and note taking during hearings, investigations, meetings
* Case Management
* General HR administration including assisting with general emails and telephone enquiries
* Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
* Provide 1st level employee relations advice and administration
