Job summary The post holder will be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team, supporting Registered Nurses, Dialysis Assistants, with delegated clinical care duties including clinical observations as directed by registered professionals and within clearly defined parameters, to provide healthcare and support that is individualised to the patient needs. Assisting the RN in the preparation of the area for dialysis.Applicants must have Experience of working in health or social care and experience of undertaking and recording clinical observations and escalation of changes or findings. Post holders will be appointed at band 2 or band 3 depending upon qualifications. Band 2 requirements - willingness to undertake all relevant training and qualifications if wishing to develop into a band 3 role.
