Job Overview
To oversee all HR functions across multiple companies, ensuring alignment with company strategy and compliance with regulations, while also fostering employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution:
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives
* Identify and address HR challenges and opportunities
Talent Management:
* Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
* Manage employee performance, providing feedback and coaching
* Develop and implement training and development programs
* Manage employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts
Compliance & Legal:
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
* Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
* Provide guidance to managers on policies and procedures
Employee Engagement & Culture:
* Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
* Foster employee engagement and motivation
* Develop and implement employee engagement strategies
Leadership & Team Management:
* Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support
* Collaborate with other departments and senior management
