Your Role: The Architect of Sales Success
As a Business Development Manager at Kamma, your primary mission is to drive sales from initial contact to close. You will be the cornerstone of our sales strategy, responsible for sourcing meeting bookings, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term partnerships.

* Sales Closer: Own the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. Your persistence and strategic thinking will ensure a high conversion rate.
* Market Analyst: Keep your ear to the ground to stay on trend with the latest developments in our related industries to help you sell.

What You Bring to Kamma
* Proven Sales Expertise: 3+ years of sales experience with a focus on full-cycle sales. A proven track record in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. SaaS sales experience is a bonus but not essential.
* Innovative Lead Generation: Demonstrated success in creatively and effectively generating sales leads using a variety of methods and tools.
* Exceptional Communication: Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to understand and address customer needs with tailored solutions.
* Resilience and Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ready to adapt to the evolving needs of Kamma and our sales prospects.
* Team Player with Leadership Skills: A collaborative spirit eager to share innovative ideas and lead by example.
* Ideally you have experience selling within property related industries like letting agents, conveyancers, surveyors or mortgage lenders.
* Process and discipline driven: You recognize that top-performing sales professionals adhere to a structured process to ensure every opportunity is captured. You excel at time management, demonstrate unwavering discipline in follow-ups, and effectively utilise your CRM system to maximise your sales potential and consistently achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Lead Sourcing: Develop and implement targeted strategies for lead generation using both traditional and unconventional methods.
* Exceeding Targets: Consistently exceed targets on a monthly basis.
* CRM Proficiency: Keep meticulous records of leads and interactions in our CRM system ensuring a smooth transition from lead to prospect. Advanced experience and knowledge of working with Hubspot is essential.
* Sales Process Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless transition and client satisfaction.
* Engage and Educate: Engage potential clients through various channels (phone, email, social media, video, voicenote, events) to educate them about Kamma’s solutions and their unique value.
* Collaborative Team Play: Work in close synergy with the sales team, contributing innovative lead generation ideas and learning from collective strategies.
* Continuous Development: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
* Preparation Mastery: Prioritise in-depth prospect research and thorough call preparation to increase the effectiveness of sales engagements and accelerate deal closures.
