The role
The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Partner 7+ years PQE to join them in Camberley, Surrey.
The successful candidate for this post will hold a pivotal position with statutory responsibilities, shaping the future of the firm. You will not only oversee direct business operations but also set policies and approve critical decisions.

In this role you will:
1. Build and lead the property department
2. Manage legal cases, advising commercial property clients
3. Spearhead marketing initiatives to drive business growth
4. Ensure compliance with professional regulations and much more

Requirements:
5. Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) 7+ years PQE
6. Experience managing a full Commercial Property caseload
7. Previous management and supervision experience
8. Excellent client case and business development skills
