Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee retrofit projects and the installation of air source heat pumps in social housing units across Chichester. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate on-site activities related to retrofit projects and air source heat pump installations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including adherence to SSSTS standards. Monitor project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and safety documentation. Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams. Minimum Qualifications: SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification. Proven experience in supervising retrofit projects and/or air source heat pump installations. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within the social housing sector. Knowledge of energy-efficient building practices and technologies. First Aid certification.
