This newly created role offers the opportunity to drive operational efficiency across administration, HR, finance, and IT, making a tangible impact from day one.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee and enhance administrative processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and business growth\nImplement and integrate Group policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with UK regulations\nManage office operations, facilities, and supplies\nFinance: Deliver accurate cash flow reports to the board and establish key financial and operational KPIs\nHR: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance processes in line with UK employment laws\nIT: Ensure smooth IT operations and infrastructure, aligning with Group policies\nFoster a positive and collaborative workplace culture\nLead and develop a small team of administrators \n\nWho We're Looking For:\n\nProven experience managing administration, HR, finance, and back-office operations is essential\nStrong track record in cross-functional project management and business integrations\nExperience of managing the successful implementation of policies and procedures into a UK business\nSolid financial acumen with a focus on cash flow and cost management\nIT proficiency (SAP knowledge is desirable)\nHands-on, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skillsWhat's in it for you?:\n\nUp to £40,000 salary\nOpportunity to work from home 1 day per weekThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Back Office professional looking to take ownership of a pivotal role in a quickly evolving business.
