We are recruiting for the role of Assistant Facilities Contract Manager who will work with the Facilities Contracts Manager for the operational management of the facilities contracts and the service delivery with either appointed FM contractors or the EFCD team.
They will also ensure that UEL provides an efficient, effective, safe, and well-maintained facilities management service that can deliver the UEL vision and enable front line clinical and other teams to concentrate and deliver on their core business of ‘patient first’. The working hours will be Monday - Friday working 7.5 hours per day on the majority on University Hospital Southampton site.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Ability to travel due to multiple sites in the UEL portfolio.
2. Microsoft computer skills.
3. Strong organisational and communication skills.
