The Role Scope
To reconcile supplier data received primarily pertaining to Customs Data/EANs to ensure we can inbound our full stock range.
Role Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all products have relevant customs data, typically provided by the supplier, and confirm data is valid and accurate using online/internal tools.
* Ensure EAN data is acquired and processed to allow bookings to be made at the earliest opportunity.
* Data to be input accurately on all internal databases.
* Work closely with Buying Admin and Operations to ensure clear and correct product information is available at all times.
* Provide weekly updates on product status and flag issues.
* Provide cover support within the team when required, including enrichment, product admin, and website maintenance.
* Ad hoc tasks depending on business needs.

Skill/Competency
* Strong experience using Microsoft Excel
* Strong customer service focus when dealing with internal/external parties
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Organised and comfortable using your own initiative.
