We are a company that specializes in smoking and slow cooking meats, in particular beef brisket, beef short rib, and pork belly, while also preparing and cooking vegetables, gravy, and sauces. This is not a sit-in restaurant but a delivery-only restaurant. We are a new business and require the expertise of a Chef with the above experience. Hours of work would be 36 with a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule.
