Overview
This position is office-based and candidates will need to be able to commute to the office. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our friendly team in Chippenham office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions. This position requires strong financial planning skills, proficiency in office software, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
* Ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date on our CRM, Intelligent Office (IO).
* Administration of transactions (withdrawals, top-ups, and fund switches etc).
* Onboarding of clients and dealing with new enquiries.
* Sending and chasing letters of authority (LOA).
* Dealing with client and provider enquiries.
* Preparing client files ready for reviews.
* Answering and directing phone calls and processing post.
* Helping clients register onto our portal.
* Building and maintaining good client relationships through verbal and written communication.
* Supporting colleagues to undertake administrative tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Experience
* Proven experience of at least 1 year in an administrative role within the financial services sector, ideally an IFA office.
* Experience working with Intelliflo / Intelligent Office preferable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
