We are currently looking to recruit flexible, motivated, Business Support Assistants to work in the children’s social care North / South locality areas where you will play an important role in the lives of the children in Doncaster.
Duties include (but not limited to):
1. Providing comprehensive, efficient, effective administration support to all team members, liaise with professionals, external agencies and representatives, internal colleagues and members of the public.
2. Dealing with enquiries from both internal and external customers ensuring that a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
3. Updating records in excel and case management systems.
4. Processing financial payments to support the locality services.
5. Work within Data Protection guidelines, handling sensitive and confidential data.
The ideal candidates will have experience of working in a busy office environment, be well organised, have excellent customer service skills and experience of working to conflicting deadlines. We are looking for hardworking and conscientious people to provide an essential and valuable support service.
