Highlighting trends, issues and problems are key to this role as are creating regular reports on revenue, sales and statistics for UK and overseas. Working closely with finance, sales, product and marketing teams to provide insight and recommendations to the business on price / offer of future sales campaigns to ensure we receive the best yield from current bed stock / hotel stock across the UK and Abroad. The role’s responsibilities include (but not limited to): Produce and distribute weekly sales reports for UK and Overseas holidays, highlighting trends. Monitor KPI’s. Monitor and maintain UK tariff; make and act upon recommendations in managing rates, altering as necessary and keeping key stakeholders informed to achieve revenue growth. Produce monthly sales figures for UK and overseas holidays, highlight any problems or gaps. Analyse and evaluate booking patterns and trends for both UK and overseas holidays. Generate and analyse performance reports to monitor the effectiveness of pricing strategies and tactical activity. Responsibility of negotiation and contracting of our Top 5 tour operator accounts. Forecast UK and overseas revenue and volume by period and holiday product – maximize profitability. Initiate promotions to generate business by identifying key times for all products. Providing offers and focus when requested for monthly / seasonal / annual group marketing price guides and sales campaigns. Generate reports as required for senior management and Board Review and create pricing strategies for UK and overseas in conjunction with Product teams. Regular liaison with key stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Call Centre, Product Managers and Senior Management Team. Attending weekly meetings to agree progress of planned activity and future focus and tactical based on current flows and business strategy to deliver targets. Attendance of new business events may be required to generate new Tour Operator contracts for UK and Abroad. What are we looking for?
