Documentation Administrator Location: Renfrew, Scotland, United Kingdom, PA4 8XJ Company: Chart Industries The Role The main purpose of the Documentation Administrator role is as follows; - Compilation of records into the Manufacturers Record Books (MRB) to meet clients' requirements and ensurecritical invoice scheduling is maintained. - HCO projects typically have significant stage payments associated with document delivery. The Document Administrator shall manage the document control lifecycle process from customer requirements through toproject closure by ensuring documents are created to a high standard and approved in a timely manner to meetcustomer requirements and scheduled invoicing. - Ensure document performance data is maintained, distributed andactionedby project teams. Attend whenrequired, documentation review meetings and project daily management. What will you do - Plan and prepare MRBs for a broad range of clients, industries and products. Work closely with the projectteams and suppliers to ensure delivery the project documentation by the contractual date. - Actively monitor and review supplier documentation from dedicated mailboxes. - Preparation of all associated records and reports as specified on client documentation and create projectspecific folder. - Preparation of electronic format of records and reports as specified on client documentation. - Update and maintain documentation within manual to ensure all records are complete and accurate. - Progressing the MRB working closely with the documentation team and Quality Engineers - Produce content that fully complies with Howden's visual standards. - Help develop best practice to minimise rework hours to support the reduction of Howden's Cost of Poor Quality(COPQ). - Manage updates and revisions to all technical literature utilising Howden's document management processes.
