Job Title: Residential Support Worker - Secure Children's Home\n Location: Nottingham\n Salary: £29,095 - £32,654 + allowances\n Shifts: 7:45am - 2:30pm / 2:00pm - 10:45pm, including sleep-in shifts on a rolling 3-week rota\n\nAre you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives?\n\nWould you like to kickstart your career in Care or continue your existing journey working with children? Many of the young people you will support have complex needs and require intensive support to help them make positive life changes.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAct as a keyworker for young people, being a positive role model\nProvide a safe, stable, and structured environment\nSupport and engage young people in educational, recreational, and social activities\nAdminister medication where required\nComplete risk assessments, reports, and care planning documentation\nDemonstrate knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015Who We Are Looking For:\n\nA background in care is not essential but desirable.
