The Governors of Southbrook School are looking to appoint a responsible, motivated and hardworking Premises Manager who can lead on all matters relating to the school site and provide a safe and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, possess a range of building maintenance, DIY and Health and Safety skills with the ability to multi task and work flexibly to respond to urgent requests. You will also have the capability of completing risk assessment documents and maintaining records to a high standard using the electronic programs provided.
