About this opportunity
Do you have the digital analytical and insight skills to help support the major transformation of our Transport business?
Through our Black Horse, Lex Autolease, and Retail brands, we have a crucial role in supporting the UK transition to Net Zero as consumers and businesses finance and lease electric vehicles through us and our intermediaries. Our vision is to evolve beyond Finance and Leasing, to becoming a market leader in Transport in the UK, and we have the investment and backing to take us there.
Within Transport's Customer Experience and Digital team, this role will help improve our online journeys and the overall customer experience, by optimising the digital content on the Blackhorse.co.uk and Lexautolease.co.uk public websites and self-serve portals.
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to drive and lead digital analytics and insight within the Transport Platform. Supporting the business to understand our customers, helping to improve our online journeys and customer experience through data informed recommendations and decisions.
This is an exciting opportunity to support shaping and pioneering new analytics processes, prototype new tools, experiment with data visualisation techniques, and working to enrich web data with business data. The work is fast-paced but highly engaging and exciting – with the right data we can make a significant positive impact on our customer experience.
What you'll do in this exciting role
* Conducting analysis and presenting insight using a diverse range of sources to support customer journey optimisation.
* Building effective networks across communities in Lloyds Banking Group and external analytics communities to help learn and share expertise with others.
* Have a continual understanding of the latest trends in the industry and our competitors and act as a source of professional expertise.
* Deliver analytical/research projects or provide insight to broader projects.
* Delivering end-to-end customer analysis; from responding to brief right through to impactful delivery of results.
* Manage and minimise operational risks with regards to data we are responsible for owning including understandings of GDPR and Data Protection Policies.
* Engage and influence stakeholders, anticipating, clarifying and shaping requirements for the purpose of optimising business results.
What we're looking for
* Web Analytics experience (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
* Tag Management experience (Tealium, Google Tag Manager)
* ‘Session replay’ tool experience (HotJar, Quantum Metrics, Contentsquare)
* Experience with page performance tools (Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Contentsquare)
* Processing and analysing large data sets
* Basic understanding of JavaScript and web development languages (HTML, CSS)
* Data Visualisation and storytelling methods to present complex data in a simple, engaging manner (Power BI, Tableau)
About working for us
Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity, or culture.
We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:
* A generous pension contribution of up to 15%
* An annual bonus award, subject to Group performance
* Share schemes including free shares
* Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping
* 30 days’ holiday, with bank holidays on top
* A range of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies
