Mental Health and Learning Disability Senior Staff Nurse Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health and Learning Disability Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at St Andrew's. This part-time opportunity is based in Northampton, working across the STS (Supportive Transition Service) in various locations.
This position involves providing exceptional care and support to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in leading and guiding a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have experience working in mental health and learning disability services, with a strong understanding of person-centred care principles. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualised care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team members. Your passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences will shine through in everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead and guide a team of nurses in delivering high-quality patient care
* To assess patient needs and develop individualised care plans

Requirements:
* Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
* Experience working in mental health and learning disability services
* Strong understanding of person-centred care principles
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is up to £39,496 per annum, pro rata, plus shift enhancements depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
