Our client is looking for a talented Mortgage Administrator to join their team in Bolney. This role would suit either a career administrator or an administrator who has their eyes on progressing to be a mortgage advisor or financial planner. You will be working to support two experienced advisors for pre and post-sale support.
Mortgage Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
* To fully support the advisors in terms of technical research, report writing and ensuring compliance procedures & internal systems and processes are followed.
* To work seamlessly with the existing support teams.
* To maintain client confidentiality, data protection and other legislative and organisational responsibilities.
* To seek opportunities for continuous improvements and feedback to the Head of Operations.
* To deliver high-standard technical support in line with our strategies, policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience of WOM is essential
* Experience with Salesforce
* Experience with TriGold and 360 Lifecycle would be an advantage
This position will be a part-time role, working 3 days each week in their office.
