Successful applicant must have the following:
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* Must have previous experience in the Automotive industry and be confident in explaining mechanical problems to customers
* Computer literate - experience with 1 Link, Autodata etc. is a bonus
* Team player but also able to use their own initiative
* Must be well presented, good at time keeping, and polite
* Must hold a Driving licence
The job involves booking jobs in, pricing jobs, speaking with customers, and working closely with the service team while reporting to the workshop manager.
You will be carrying out the following tasks:
* Taking phone calls and responding to emails for bookings
* Creating job sheets and invoices
* Working out service schedules and costing jobs
* Sourcing and ordering car/van parts
* Building relationships with customers - going that extra mile
We are a premium Fleet repairer in Birmingham. We carry out MOTs, services, bodywork, and any mechanical repair required. We offer a collection and delivery service locally and strive to keep the customer informed and happy from start to finish.
The successful applicant will receive weekly pay and a 10% bonus paid yearly (subject to completing the probation period).
