You will act as the initial point of contact for site requests, directing or escalating as appropriate and resolve or respond to any issues. You will take responsibility for the calibration and maintenance of occupational health equipment on-site, working closely with the Health Partner’s team to ensure standards are in line with asset management procedures. You will undertake weekly stock taking/replenishment of occupational health consumables and travel vaccines and act as the local liaison for health surveillance scheduling. You will organise team training for clinical colleagues in line with site availability - instructors, venue and materials etc and support clinical colleagues with appropriate site-based events. Supporting key stakeholders with basic data requests, as agreed with the Client Service Delivery Manager such as DNAs, appointment schedules and audits. You will support the onboarding of new colleagues, direct walk-in enquires to the central admin team and answer calls for site-based emergency response and first aid services. This role is based at our clients site in Samlesbury and is working 37.5 hours per week.
