The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
1. Professional accounting certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
2. Experience in a leadership role within the Accounting & Finance department.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
4. Experience in the insurance industry.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and team management skills.
7. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
