What's involved?
* Oversee the daily operations of the hotel reception desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
* Train, mentor, and supervise reception staff to deliver high-quality customer service and exceed guest expectations
* Manage room reservations, room assignments, and special requests to optimize occupancy and revenue
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction
* Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction
* Experience managing a team of at least 12 members is essential as well as hotel reception management experience.
* Knowledge of Opera is essential.
