Community Integrated Care is on an exciting journey of transformation and growth and we are looking to appoint an experienced, Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Data and Process Team on a full time, permanent basis This is a full time, permanent post and you can be based anywhere in the North West but must be available to travel to our head office in Widnes at least once a week. Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: The successful candidate will support the organisation to gain valuable insight into it’s operations, identifying trends, forecasting and highlighting areas for improvement. Working with key stakeholders to gather BI requirements, offer improvements and follow data best practice to deliver high quality, accurate and timely analysis to the business. You will also develop an understanding of the organisation's underlying business processes to inform analysis and reporting to enable service improvements. Day to Day (list not exhaustive see attached job description) To design and develop high quality, robust analysis and reporting to enable the effective delivery of the priority outcomes of the organisation. Write supporting guidance, where relevant, to enable understanding of the reporting and analysis produced. Support the Business Intelligence Developers in the design, implementation and maintenance of the organisation’s enterprise data model. Design and creation of Power BI solutions which meet the needs of the business (e.g. Dataflows or Datamarts). Administration of the organisation’s Power BI service. Your values: Our ideal Candidate Degree or similar (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or similar) - Desirable Certification in any SQL or Power BI related path Skills and Experience Minimum of 2 Years of industry experience Practical knowledge of: Microsoft Power BI and Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, SQL Extensive experience in the use of data in order to produce analytical summaries to facilitate service improvement.
