Location: Handsworth Branch
Salary: £22,932 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week 09.00 – 17.00, Monday – Friday and 09:30 – 12:30 Saturday

As a Customer Service Advisor at our Handsworth Branch, you will ensure our customers’ needs are at the forefront of your day every step of the way. From having genuine conversations in customer focused meetings you will be able to successfully provide a solution to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
• To be the face of the West Brom
• To deliver excellent customer service every time
• Identifying and providing solutions to customers’ needs
• Providing solutions to individual customers’ needs
• Cash and cheque handling
• Ability to get things right first time
Skills & Attributes
• You’ll be friendly and have excellent communication skills. Our customers are used to our warm and welcoming service, so it’s important to be able to build rapport and relationships.
• Exceptional customer service experience with a genuine interest in customers & their needs.
• Driving enthusiasm within a team.
• You’ll be contributing towards a controlled and secure branch with responsibility for ensuring errors are kept to a minimum, especially when dealing with customers so it’s important to be attentive to detail.
