Business Development Manager – Product Manufacturing
* Up to £50,000 Basic + Bonus + Benefits + Car/Car Allowance
* North West based, occasional visits further afield.
* Field based – visit to the Manchester office 2x Month - After Probation (3 Months)
* Dealing with customers across Construction, Infrastructure, Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, Utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:
As a BDM, you will represent the company across the UK, with a focus on the North West, offering technical solutions to new and existing customers. This is a field-based, consultative sales role.
* Sell plastic product solutions to companies across the UK.
* Maintain and update the customer CRM database.
* Provide customers with solutions to their challenges
* Stay informed about the market and competitors.
* Enhance product knowledge continuously.
* Build and maintain a network to provide early information on product sales
* Collaborate with the sales leaders to define and deliver strategy and maximise revenue opportunities.
Your Experience:
* Experience in Technical Sales or Engineering background. This role offers a unique opportunity for Engineers interested in transitioning into a consultative sales position.
* Experience in the manufacturing industry would of course be advantageous.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, present, persuade, and problem-solve.
* Goal-oriented with a drive for success.
