Job Description Civil Aerospace Business Management Degree Apprenticeship Starting Salary: £20,735 per year Location: Derby Duration: 4 years We serve around two hundred airline customers in our Civil Aerospace business, keeping thousands of Rolls-Royce powered aircraft taking off and landing on time, at hundreds of airports, in almost every country of the world. As a Civil Aerospace Business Management Degree Apprentice, you’ll develop the skills and knowledge to help make that happen – managing essential projects, plans, components, contracts, and supplier relationships. The programme You’ll spend four years with cross-functional, global teams, all working together to keep our engines flying around the world. As well as developing practical knowledge, you’ll also study for a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management with the University of Derby. Together, these experiences will set you up with the business breadth and technical skills for you to be successful. What you’ll do With this programme, you’ll experience real variety. You could be working with our global overhaul bases supporting the servicing of our engines. You may be working with our team that partner our customers to provide world-class experiences. Another placement could see you working with our teams looking at fleet planning, determining financial outcomes, developing digital capabilities or managing the overall lifecycle of our fantastic engines. What you’ll need Five GCSEs at grade 4/C which must include Maths and English Language. 96 UCAS points (obtained or predicted) from either: Three A-levels including a numerical or business-related subject at grade C, excluding General Studies. A Level 3 Extended BTEC at DDM in numerical or business-related subjects. If you have equivalent qualifications, please contact us.
