About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) transformation project. You will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of a modern FP&A solution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial processes. Experience with Anaplan, Tagetik, or similar FP&A tools is highly desirable, as you will be managing system integrations, data flows, and stakeholder expectations to enhance forecasting, reporting, and financial modelling capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of an FP&A transformation project, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external vendors to design and implement scalable FP&A solutions. Oversee system integration, data modelling, and workflow automation. Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and financial reporting. Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies. Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new financial planning technologies. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager leading FP&A, financial systems, or ERP implementations. Strong understanding of finance processes, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Hands-on experience with Anaplan, Tagetik, or similar FP&A platforms. Solid knowledge of data integration, ETL, and cloud-based financial systems. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
