Position: Retail Manager
Salary and Hours: £21,625 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full time 35 Hours per week

Our Retail Manager role offers a fantastic opportunity for you to build on your existing retail experience and commercial thinking to create an inviting shop which encourages sales and promotes excellent customer service.

What we are looking for:
* Sales & Stock Generation: Be creative, always looking for opportunities to attract new customers/supporters every day.
* Management of Staff and Volunteers: Work with amazing people. Take the lead in recruiting, training, managing and supporting volunteers to ensure the effective operation of the shop.
* Administration: Ensure all financial reporting and management, cash handling, daily banking and security procedures are followed.
