The School and Role
Do you have the capability to support pupils when a child is in need and at crisis point?
Are you passionate about getting children back on track and learning but also doing this with compassion?
Do you have experience or a keen interest in supporting children with Special Educational Needs?
This is a general TA role so you could be working with children from EYFS to year 6 supporting their learning and providing 1:1 and group support where necessary.
Requirements:
The requested skillset desired for a Teaching Assistant role is;
Level 3 desirable.
Knowledge of the national curriculum.
Knowledge of sensory needs or Special Educational.
Able to work on your own initiative and bring plenty of ideas to support Early Years children up to year 6.
Communicate your own ideas of how to deliver your favourite and interesting topics.
Develop materials that will cater to the individual needs of children whilst aiming high for all children.
Positive and resilient role model for children, parents and the local community.
