Your role. As a Business Development Manager, you will have a significant impact and help shape the success of our business. You will be responsible for developing and managing sales for new customer and accounts across designated products and services. You will work with the clear objective of growing sales and influencing both customer relationships and activity. Your core responsibilities will be: Developing new business opportunities in line with the Westbase.io sales strategy. Consistent achievement of targets and focus on activities that result in business growth and increased sale outcomes, Manage the initial integration of new sales ensuring they are embedded seamlessly. Follow up on any generated leads and referrals leading to a consistently improving lead conversion rate Execute clear, consistent and timely communications to your customers. Work as part of the wider sales team to meet account coverage and overall sales targets. Collaborating with the Westbase.io marketing team to drive lead generation campaigns. What you need to have. You’ll be a great match if you are: A Business Development Manager with a proven track record of success in B2B Technology or IT Services sectors. Passionate about our technology and hungry for success. Self-motivated with the drive to perform in a fast paced sales environment. A relationship builder capable of building, maintaining and expanding new sales relationships. An outstanding communicator and negotiator with a keen eye for identifying and capitalising on opportunities.
