Great opportunity to work as an Office Manager/Project Administrator for an award-winning communications consultancy who are experts in change communications and working with global organisations to improve organisational culture and behaviours.
The Office Manager/Project Administrator role is fully remote and requires an individual who has got proven ability through experience of providing support to consultants with all elements of client project administration co-ordination. In addition 50% of the role focuses on business administration and ops support for a team of 10 people working remotely in London and the South East therefore requires a proactive approach to acting as the vital communication link in the business and acting as the main point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
Candidates MUST live within 1 hour commute of Guildford for monthly on-site meetings.
Office Manager/Project Administrator Benefits:
* 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday (Flexible 4 days week considered)
* Fully remote with 1 day a month in offices at Guildford or London
* Annual Leave: 28 days plus bank holidays
* Salary £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
