Engineer Connect are recruiting for a Maintenance/Service Alarm Engineer for a security alarm company based in the Leicester area.
Please note this is a field-based role - you will be on the road with coverage in Leicester, Coventry, Nottingham, and Northampton.
You will work full-time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
Duties:
1. Servicing/repairs on various Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV & Intruder Systems for domestic & commercial clients.
2. Fault finding and identifying issues and making recommendations for resolution.
3. Working on large and small installation projects across all security disciplines.
4. Understanding the requirements of the customer, communicating clearly and reacting efficiently.
5. Providing out of hours paid call-out to customers as part of a 1 in 7 scheduled rota on-call.
6. Providing customers with training and demonstrations on systems.
7. Working proactively and efficiently on your own or as part of a team.
8. Staying updated on all latest advances in security systems technology to find the best product solutions for clients.
9. Any other reasonable requests from management.
