To provide a customer focused approach, providing advice and travel information to service users and the provision of support for the public transport team. To assist and support the development of the bus network and actively promote public transport through effective participation and co-ordination of Hull Bus Alliance drop-in sessions.
The job role is to conduct bus passenger and bus related travel surveys on Hull City Council supported bus services and identified commercial bus services, both in transit and at bus stops to collect data for the public transport team of Hull City Council.
You will also assist in the monitoring of supported bus network and bus stop information by observing operators’ performance against contract and carrying out passenger surveys.
This post is fixed term for 12 months.
