YOU MUST DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience of working in a housing, social care, or health background.
2. Experience of working with Partner Agencies and a range of departments within a Local Authority environment.
3. Demonstrates a good knowledge of research techniques, development of processes and policies.
4. Proven experience of working within a team environment.
5. Proven experience of Project and business development delivery.
6. Proven experience of Performance management.
7. Experience of research and report writing.
8. Experience of planning and developing policies and processes.
9. Experience of working within challenging timescales and to deadlines.
10. Experience of working with and understanding the needs of vulnerable people.
11. Be customer focused.
12. Excellent team player.
13. Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
14. Excellent computer skills including Office software applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
