Job summary We are currently looking to recruit an Advanced Clinical Practitioners, with demonstrable experienced in autonomous practice, to work across our SACT services. The post holder will provide expertise in their area of clinical practice, professional leadership and education in the field of Oncology This new role forms part of our development of SACT services in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Main duties of the job As part of a multi - professional team the post holder will work at advanced level clinical practice, operatingautonomously and practicing collaboratively whilst demonstrating accountability and self-direction in line with the relevant code of professional conduct. The post holder will be a clinical leader in their sphere of practice over a predefined period, enabling innovative solutions to the care and experience of practice. The post holder will ultimately demonstrate advanced levels of clinical judgement and diagnostic reasoning in order to provide a differential diagnosis. The post holder will be able to work within a high-pressured environment.The post holder will have knowledge and skills within oncology diseases and treatments, within a specified area, enabling them to undertake advanced practice supported by a clinical supervisor.
