Hours: 32.5 hours a week - Monday - Friday (08:00-15:00)

We're currently looking for a passionate catering assistant to join the team at our Academy in Bournemouth. In this pivotal role you'll Provide an effective, efficient and flexible catering service to the our learners and colleagues in our Engine Room cafeteria, providing a range of light meals and snacks.
This is fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of our operation and everything we do at Paragon Skills.
Within this role you'll be reasonable for;
Meeting and greeting all learners, colleagues, and visitors in the Engine Room and ensure all needs are catered for
Preparing both hot and cold food products
Adhering to all hygiene and food preparation regulatory requirements, ensuring appropriate practices are followed
Collection of daily order forms from colleagues, visitors and learners and prepare orders as required
Ordering of goods-in and buffets from external suppliers as and when required
What we need from you;
Previous experience of working in a catering role
Experience of working in a similar environment e.g., conference/business centre, training facility, hotel, or event venue
Food Hygiene certificate
Experience of kitchen risk assessments and fridge hygiene schedules
