HR Administrator

Day-to-day of the role:
HR Administration and Customer Service:
* Proactively manage ticket queries from employees via the HR ticket system within agreed SLAs, ensuring an outstanding colleague experience at all times.
* Produce contracts, letters, and other documents related to the employee life-cycle.
* Administer employee data in their HR system.
* Support with employee onboarding and offboarding processes as needed.
* Handle other duties as reasonably requested to fulfil the responsibilities of the HR Shared Service Centre.
Payroll Team Support:
* Organise tax notices, including cataloguing of tickets and follow-up with payroll providers.
* Administer new tax notices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in administering HR or payroll, or experience within a fast-paced customer service centre is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong focus on customer experience with a commitment to delivering outstanding service to colleagues.
* Excellent communication skills, confident and professional.
* Proactive outlook with a learning mindset.
* Organised and methodical approach to tasks.
* Determination and perseverance to see tasks through to completion.
* Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
