Purpose of the Role
As our Resolution Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to problem solver—ensuring that every customer concern is addressed swiftly and effectively and the Customer kept updated throughout. Your knack for collaboration and proactive mindset will be key in driving customer satisfaction, reducing the number of complaints and enhancing our service excellence.

Qualifications
What We Need from You:
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and resolving challenges.
* Willing to go the extra mile to delight our Customers
* Experience in customer service or resolution-focused roles.
* Excellent problem-solving, root cause analysis and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple cases with precision.
* Experience in identifying improvements to reduce complaints
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (ideally SAP) and CRM systems.
