This is an exciting role for someone with a passion for property management and a keen desire to make a positive impact on the lives of older people living in Portsmouth and Fareham.
The successful candidate will continue the excellent work of the team where we have recorded 3 successive tenant satisfaction scores of 96% and above. They will be responsible for undertaking inspections of PRHA's properties; reporting repairs; letting vacant properties; arranging tenant meetings; and liaising with tenants regarding matters relating to their tenancy.
We are looking for a dynamic and well-organised individual who is able to deliver housing management services to our tenants. You will:
* be educated to degree level
* possess excellent knowledge of IT, Microsoft Packages and digital technology
* be an effective communicator
* be able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of older people
* have a basic understanding of property maintenance
* have a positive, 'can do', attitude
* hold a valid UK driving licence with access to use of a car for work purposes (mileage allowance paid)
Previous relevant experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills including delivering excellent customer service; leadership; and knowledge of property management.
The post is subject to a basic DBS disclosure and a salary of £32,000 per year plus 10% pension. Our benefits package includes flexible working, medical insurance and 25 days annual leave.
