Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons that inspire and engage students at Key Stages 4 and 5. Utilize evidence-based teaching methods to promote academic progress and raise standards across teaching groups. Monitor and assess student achievement, providing constructive feedback and individualized support to help students reach their full potential. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department to achieve shared goals and continuous improvement. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental schemes of work and curriculum enhancements.
