Who You Are An experienced Social Worker, ideally with at least 3 years post-qualification, who is dedicated to delivering high-quality social work services to children and families at risk. You are registered with Social Care Wales, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and are committed to promoting resilience, independence, and the centrality of children and families in decision-making processes. What the Job Involves You will work within the Children, Families and Safeguarding Service, providing support to children and families with unmet needs, ensuring they receive appropriate care while safeguarding their welfare. This role involves developing effective relationships with internal and external partners, responding to safeguarding concerns, conducting risk assessments, and contributing to strategy meetings and case conferences. You will also manage a specific caseload, maintain accurate records, and participate actively in professional development activities. Collaboration with other departments and organizations to ensure a comprehensive and integrated response to needs is a critical aspect of this position.
