About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Innovation and Improvement Manager to join our team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and improvement across our organization.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving processes and procedures within educational institutions and will possess a deep understanding of the education sector. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive change and innovation.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
* Relevant degree in Education or a related field
* Proven experience in innovation and improvement within the education sector
* Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
