About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Joiner to join our Estates team. In this role, you'll work alongside other trades professionals to carry out a wide range of joinery and carpentry maintenance tasks across the resort. Your expertise will also support other teams on-site with general maintenance, new installations, refurbishments, and ongoing projects. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys varied work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. No two days are the same, and your contribution will help keep the resort running smoothly and looking its best for all our guests. At times, the business will require you to cross over to support other trades and functions within the Estates department such as building and groundworks this works both ways within the department and is a crucial part of how the team functions on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of joinery and carpentry maintenance throughout the resort. Support with new installations, refurbishments, and resort development projects. Collaborate with other teams to assist with event setups and special projects. Carry out general maintenance duties as required. Work under the direction of Estates Team Leaders and follow daily job allocations. Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and in compliance with health & safety regulations. Working Hours: This is a full-time role with varied shift patterns depending on the season and event schedule. Winter Season: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Peak Season: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Late Shifts: Based on park hours & events (e.g., Scarefest, Fireworks) Shift times include: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Weekend availability is essential, particularly during peak seasons.
