Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager in Europe to support Sales efforts of our Network Infrastructure products and solutions such as repeaters, fixed wireless access (FWA), Vehicle Routers (AC-Fleet) and IOT products (Asset Trackers, Modems) in the Europe region. Core responsibilities include taking a solutions-based sales approach, and providing technical integration of Airgain next generation wireless networking products across multiple markets specific to the Europe region with travel elsewhere as needed.
This position and successful candidate must be located within an EU country.
Essential Function:
* Present Airgain operational technology solutions to new and existing 4G and 5G customers within European countries
* Identify pain points for new and existing customers within European countries, and potential sales outlook for Airgain solutions
* Explain Airgain technological solutions to new accounts and existing customers in the European region
* Work closely with our engineering team to relay technical customer demands
* Partner with Engineering team for on-site survey
* Deliver commercial and technical presentations to internal, external, and channel customers
* Support QBRs, contribute to sales and marketing strategic planning and execution
* Ensure products meet customer demands
* Coordinate with internal departments for support and bridge the inner circle of the account with our team
* Build and maintain relationships with clients
* Provide training to customers on Airgain products
* Identify new markets and potential opportunities
* Represent Airgain at industry Trade Shows and visit important Exhibitions
Requirements/Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related (preferred)
* 5+ years professional technical sales/marketing experience (preferred)
* Display broad understanding of typical RF and wireless communications technologies
* Demonstrated experience with Fixed Wireless Access, network repeaters, and IOT products
* Strong understanding of user devices, Radio Networks, and Core Networks
* Understanding of commonly used communication protocols (TCP, UDP, ICMP, etc.)
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Able to travel + 25% of the time
* Previous experience as a Field Application Engineer or similar externally facing technical role (Desired)
* Experience resolving cellular infrastructure problems (Desired)
* Proficient at using high speed data communication test equipment (Desired)
* Debugging cell coverage, APNs, SIMs, terminal programs, and power supplies (Desired)
* Advanced customer interaction and relationship management skills (engineering and senior executive levels) (Desired)
* Experience with vehicle networking (Desired)
