We have partnered with an established Communications Company based in the Black Country area who are hiring for an experienced Office Manager to join their vibrant, fast-paced team on a full-time permanent basis. Hours for the role are Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
This role would suit someone who loves a challenge, is self-motivated, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
We would like to hear from candidates for the Office Manager who:
* Previous experience of running an office essential
* Experience of implementing IT compliance desirable
* Knowledge and experience of ISO 9001
* Competent user of Microsoft Office software
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and a flexible approach to work
Key duties of the Office Manager role include:
* Being the first point of contact for visitors to the office
* Handling queries from clients and team members
* Organising meetings and maintaining meeting rooms
* Ensuring legal compliance
* Ensuring all processes, policies, and procedures are up to date and conducting internal audits
* Training existing employees and new joiners to the business
* Asset Management
* Health and Safety Management
* Supplier and Facilities management
* Supporting the HR department with induction programmes for new staff.
