At Asda Opticians, there is nothing more important than the health and wellbeing of our customers. Our priority is to always put them first by delivering high-quality patient care and service.
A typical day involves completing eye examinations, contact lens fittings, and extended service examinations. You will work alongside our Dispensing Optician Manager to support training, coaching, and maintaining all departmental standards.
Due to our extended service contracts with the NHS, we're committed to providing a wide range of care for the treatment and monitoring of eye conditions. We will support you in gaining any additional accreditations needed to deliver these services.
At Asda, we are passionate and committed to providing our Optometrists with all necessary training to fulfill their roles and enhance their skills. We offer a comprehensive CPD program and protected time for further accreditations, funded by Asda, to help you meet the evolving eye care needs of our customers. Our goal is to develop and support you to reach your full potential.
You will be fully supported by in-store, regional, and home office teams, whether your queries are clinical or service-related. Assistance is always available from experienced colleagues.
